NOTE: Many lodges and hotels have small private reserves adjacent and I did not include these in the list above of place for day visits without lodging. But I might add that many of these private hotel/lodge reserves are very good! You usually are expected to be a guest in the lodge to use their reserve, but there are exceptions and some take day visitors.
